The Problem
Goda Agrotech operates at an interesting intersection. Connecting rural farmers with national and global buyers. But their website didn’t reflect that.
It felt outdated, wasn’t mobile-friendly, and made it hard to understand how the business actually worked. Which is a problem when your audience includes:
Farmers using mobile devices
Buyers evaluating credibility and scale
The challenge was twofold:
Make the brand feel modern and credible
While staying grounded and relatable to local farmers
And all of this had to work seamlessly across two very different user groups.
Key challenges:
Redesign an outdated, non-responsive website
Serve two distinct audiences with different needs
Build trust with farmers while showcasing scale to buyers
Ensure strong mobile usability (majority users on mobile)
TLDR:
An outdated, confusing website that didn’t serve farmers or buyers well. Needed a modern, mobile-first redesign with clear structure.

The Process
We focused on structure, clarity, and accessibility from the start.
Designed a dual-path experience for:
Farmers (onboarding, trust, process clarity)
Buyers (credibility, scale, product quality)
Rebuilt the website with a clean, structured flow
Prioritized mobile-first design:
Simplified navigation
Clear content hierarchy
Fully responsive layouts
Balanced the visual direction:
Modern layouts and typography
Grounded imagery and colors connected to farmers
Extended the system across 10+ pages, including:
Blogs
Careers
Sister companies (Exonex & Kilala)
Designed in Figma and developed in Framer for flexibility and performance.
TLDR:
Created a structured, mobile-first website with separate user paths, balancing modern design with a strong local connect.

The Impact
The website now works for both audiences instead of confusing them.
What changed:
Improved farmer onboarding experience
Increased buyer inquiries
Clearer understanding of services and process
Stronger, more modern brand perception
Better usability across mobile devices
The biggest shift was clarity.
People now understand what Goda Agrotech does, and how they fit into it.
TLDR:
A mobile-first, dual-audience website that improves clarity, increases engagement, and strengthens brand perception.
