Client Engagement, Revisions, and Project Scope
All client engagements are governed by mutually agreed terms outlined in project proposals or contracts. Deliverables are executed strictly within the defined scope.
Revisions are limited and pre defined as per the scope of the project. Any request exceeding the agreed revision limit will be treated as additional work and will be billed separately as a paid add on.
Timelines provided are estimates and are dependent on client responsiveness, approvals, and inputs. Any delay from the client side may lead to extension in delivery timelines without liability on Effectus Media LLP.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
All payments are governed by the terms outlined in the respective project agreement or invoice.
Advance payments are mandatory to initiate any project. In the event that a project is cancelled by the client at any stage after commencement, all advance payments made shall be forfeited in full. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once work has begun.
Effectus Media LLP reserves the right to pause or terminate ongoing work in case of delayed or incomplete payments.
Ownership and Transfer of Work
All intellectual property rights in the deliverables created by Effectus Media LLP remain with the Company until full payment has been received and all contractual obligations, including approvals and documentation, have been completed.
Ownership rights, including usage and distribution rights, are transferred to the client only after completion of all financial and formal obligations. Until such transfer, Effectus Media LLP retains full ownership and rights over all work produced.
Third Party Tools and Dependencies
Effectus Media LLP may utilize third party tools, platforms, or integrations as part of service delivery. While we ensure reasonable diligence in selecting such tools, we are not responsible for their performance, uptime, pricing changes, or data handling practices.
Clients acknowledge that reliance on third party services may introduce variables outside the control of Effectus Media LLP.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Effectus Media LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, delays, or unmet expectations beyond the agreed scope.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
